All You Need to Know about IEC “Earn While You Learn” MBA Program

The two-year full-time residential MBA program is IEC School of Management of flagship program, approved by AICTE and the first time in India IEC Group of Institutions have implemented Earn while you learn concept with specializations in Marketing, Human Resource Management, Finance, International Business, and Operations Management, aimed at creating and nurturing such highly-skilled future business leaders to meet the challenges of dynamic corporate India.

The unique Job-integrated MBA program offers the best of campus life and corporate world which aims to bridge the gap between the formal education system and industry standards. With intensive project-driven classroom training in the 1st Year and full-time On-Job-Learning (OJL) focused on experiential learning in the 2nd year. Full-time OJL opportunity offered in the second year of the program aims to develop vital business, analytical, and leadership skills by offering real-time work experience.

Besides, it facilitates better career planning of the participants and prepares them effectively for today’s dynamic workplace. The participants will gain the right skill sets to navigate effectively in the workplace and thereby add great value to the organizations. The first term of the second academic year will be done in online mode. The second academic year of the program provides experiential learning-based OJL opportunities to students in the leading companies. IEC has tied up with Paytm, Big Bazar, Reliance smart, Just dial, India Mart, ICICI, Kotak Mahindra, and more than 80 companies for providing On-Job-Learning to our students.

These students, thus selected, are able to work with these companies and earn experience as well as money to meet their expenses partially and to gain practical experience. In this year our final placement of MBA student’s average salary is INR 4.5 Lakh and Highest Placement till March was 10 Lakh and top recruiters are Byju’s, Kotak Mahindra Bank, ACC Cement, Amazon, Flipkart, IBM, Infosys, Tata, Accenture, and Capgemini.
